My Mission

As Sweden's self-proclaimed friendliest chocolatier, my mission is to share knowledge. In any craft, gatekeeping does more harm than good, which is why it will never be part of my philosophy. With the rising costs of raw materials making chocolate more expensive and harder to access, offering free recipes and insights is one way to lighten the load and help more people get involved in the art of bonbon-making.
